What started as minor edits for internal conferences eventually led to the creation of internal training videos. Rather than teaching teams across the country using recipe cards, the team decided to use videos to demonstrate the proper execution for various products. This led to myself creating an efficient and effective method of producing these training videos.
Mealtime Marketplace Guidelines
Mealtime Marketplace is Loblaw’s chef-designed ready-to-go meals, ranging from Salmon, Taco Kits to Chicken Teriyaki. It is great for those last-minute dinners and relatively cost-effective.
Market Training
Used for internal training for the Market Division. These videos detailed the proper technics and methods for various departments and sceneries colleagues encounter with customers daily within stores.
Baking Bread Guidelines
Used for the Bakery Department, these videos detail the proper techniques and guidelines to prep, mold, and bake various bread types for Market stores.
Veal and Lamb Primal Cutting Guidelines
Used for the Meat Department, these videos detail the proper cutting techniques colleagues must use when dealing with specific types of meat while highlighting the safety requirements needed to protect colleagues.
